Bring a Realtor you see so many things in this business good and bad. I'm happy to say I've seen exceptional customer service with the company Brady-built homes as well as a quality built home sunroom that my seller client raved about and I could see why.  When I called with a situation that I needed some help with Kathlene LaFountain and the owner of Brady built provided exceptional care and attention to this matter. We recently purchased our new home that had a beautiful Brady-Built sunroom. It was one of the showcase spaces in this lovely property offering a family-gathering focal point for our home. What impressed us even more is the incredible customer care and support exhibited by the Brady-Built team, with a special shoutout to Kathi LaFountain, their product support manager. They recently went completely out of their way to help us maximize the use of our room by installing custom sunscreens. High summer temperatures were making the room a bit too warm, but this new option significantly reduced the heat and made the space comfortable all day long. Even though we weren't the original buyers of the sunroom, Brady-Built treated us like lifelong clients. During the early part of my home ownership journey, I was always looking out for the most affordable solution that would work in my situation.  I felt that I could always trade current and future time if it means saving some money in the short term.  In the last few years, I've realized that adopting that mentality is what has kept me in permanent maintenance-mode for many of the house improvements.  When I made decisions, there was little consideration towards quality, longevity, maintenance requirements, and customer support after the sale.  When I purchased a Brady sunroom 9 years ago, this was no exception - I was only interested in price.  It was not the cheapest option I could go for and I was a bit reluctant, but my wife convinced me to move forward with them.  Little did I know back then how extremely lucky I was for that decision. Unlike all of the other things I've added to house over the years, the sunroom has not given me a single issue.  The quality with which it was manufactured is second to none.  I've had to do zero maintenance, aside from using a garden hose to spray some pollen off the top once in a while.  The only signs of "settling in" I've noticed has been the effect of the sun dulling the color of the flooring that I installed myself - no wear on the sunroom itself.  And, after all of these years, the customer service (thanks Kathlene!) was a pleasure to work with.  Instead of immediately responding with a "no" to my inquiries about whether installing an awning would be compatible with my warranty, she helped me to understand it and offered to review the design proposal.  In the end, thanks to her guidance, I wound up with a much better solution. To close things out, I highly recommend Brady sunrooms, especially to those who have owned their houses long enough to appreciate quality, longevity, and purchasing from a company that's happy to stand behind their product. From the minute we walked into the Brady showroom/factory we knew we had come to the right place.  Kevin sat with us to understand what we were looking for then walked us through the manufacturing line to help us refine our design and finishes.  We worked out all the details and agreed the cost. Our new Sunroom faces the Ocean, and was recently battered with snow and wind gust +70mph, during the last blizzard, which also caused power outages for 4 days, in our part of town. We are happy to report that our new and beautiful sunroom performed exactly as promised.  Not a single drop of water nor any wind related damage occurred outside or inside. I recently bought a house and the major appeal was the brady room. It's beautiful and I sit in the room every day since I moved in. This winter was especially cruel with nonstop storms and unfortunately that resulted in a leak. We have enjoyed our four season sunroom for several years now.  New views every season. Spring garden, fall foliage, winter snow and all sorts of wildlife.  Brady was selected because they checked off all of the boxes.  High quality materials and workmanship.  Built and tested in their factory under controlled conditions.  Delivered and installed in one day.  When I first called, the president of the company, Nate,  answered the phone.  Imagine that.  Exceptional Brady team all around.  My sunroom designer Michelle was instrumental in guiding the design process and handling everything from  technical planning, site survey support and facilitating the required approvals. The service after the sale and installation has been superb.  Kathi has ensured total customer satisfaction by answering all followup questions to providing timely warranty services. Kathi sent Chris and Israel over to clear the snow and ice off the roof and completed a full inspection to assure all was good after the blizzard.  No charge.  Imagine that.  Two tips for prospective buyers.  If you put a surround sound system in an all glass sunroom, it will sound good but not as powerful and immersive as in a regular room because sound bounces off and passes through differently than drywall.  If you have gas heat and put one vent in a 12’ x 20’ sunroom, you may need an extra heater.  With an infrared fireplace heater and the door to the kitchen open, we can get the room to the mid 60s F when it is about 5F outside.
